POSTINGS

20MOTHAFUCKING12.

Ok so.

We just got back from tour w/ State Lines and it was fucking awesome. We played a last minute basement show in Brighton at James Kelly’s house The Snake Pit (James Kelly plays in a rad band called Remainder check them out) then JD from State Lines almost burnt down our house partying so hard (true story). Played in Worcester at The Distant Castle the next day w/ The Hotel Year and this SICK band called Gesticles, they were two brothers one played bass and the other played drums and they had this one song called “Munchies” that was so fucking good it was unbelievable, we then went to Denny’s and slept at Matthews with JD and got SUPER high. The next day we went to Danburry and played at the Heirloom Arts Theater and I think we can all safely say that it was the best if not one of the best shows we’ve ever been too. Every band was good and there were so many kids and there was no drugs or alcohol or anything it was sick. The bands were: Secret Plot to Destroy the Entire Universe, Ghost In Your Basement, Suns *Who i’ve written about before on this tumblr* and Martin Luther King, later that night we stood with our friend Adam’s in Brooklyn. Woke up in Brooklyn the next day stood outside in the cold for way too long waiting for one specific Halal Stand in the middle of Rockafeller plaza, played at the Party Xpo in Bushwick and Goodman Brown and The Livng Room rocked the house, that night we crashed w/ State Lines at their friends house, got drunk and out partied by Wims. On the final day we played in Long Island w/ State Lines for a new years eve show they were having, Dagwood played and they were rad as fuck and Secret Plot To Destroy the Entire Universe played as well and they were awesome. We then went to this hood ass deli with Tom and Neil from Shot Not and went to a party in a random house near Hofstra University, there were girl fights and champagne showers in the living room, it was awesome.

BUUTTT…..

Now that we’re back were finishing up writing some songs we’ve been working on and we are gonna have a 7” out within the next 2-3 months recorded within the next month so get pumped! In the meantime check out some new songs we recorded that are gonna be on that 7”!

A Butt Ton of Exciting News

ALRIGHT!

So we haven’t really updated this thing but that’s because we’ve been working on a ton of cool stuff that’s gonna be coming up in the next two months. So first of all we are pretty much one/third done recording the album and we should have it all recorded within the month. More exciting than that is that we are going to have physical singles of a new song of the album “Josh Baskin” available at all shows as well as a re-recorded version of “Step One” (maybe available online, not sure yet).

Now that’s out of the way, we have a ton of awesome shows coming up that we are beyond excited for.

November 17th - at Suffolk University w/ Brian McKenna (Borderland!) Kevin King and John Terry. (This is a benefit put on by my good friend Chris to help raise money for children in El Savador that he met while on an alternative spring break there)

November 19th - Long Island, NY we are going to be in you w/ Trenchfoot (Our brothers from Rockland County making sick thrash music) Coastal (ill band from PA, on Better Days Records) and Barefoot. It’s going to be at Rembrandt’s Bar and Grill in Hicksville, NY put on by our long island father Ricky, here’s the facebook event
